We are professionals from the region committed to cooperation in order to progress and expand Economic & Educational (e2) opportunities for our communities. Particular communities of color devastated by poverty, racial and social bias, income inequality, and institutional discrimination. 

We feel the best way for us to eradicate these injustices and this economic violence is to form a new leadership model or paradigm to challenge and in many cases battle the protectors (both black and white) of the systemic barriers and institutional viruses that plague our city and communities. 

We don't give a darn about color, class or PARTY ! We plan, no let mE rephrase that. We welcome and look forward to a rumble with anyone and everything that hinder our mission to improve the lives and opportunity for folk, PERIOD !
